NOTE: Booth locations at NAISA 2013 are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis (i.e., registration complete and paid in full).
Exhibition registration will be completed online through our registration website, this will be up within the next few weeks and accessible through our homepage.
Exhibitor Booth Options: Booths come with listed items. You will be contacted by the NAISA 2013 drayage company following receipt of your registration and full payment with information on how to arrange for additional needs (e.g. electricity, extra tables) and shipping details. The drayage company will be on-site for set up on June 12, 2013.
Standard Exhibitor Booths, Small Press Tables, Display Tables will be located in the Arts Tunnel (between Lower Place Riel and the Arts building). This space will be secured in the evening and staffed by overnight security.
Programs Booths will be located in the open area of Upper Place Riel and no overnight security will be provided in this section. Please do not leave behind anything you do not wish to be taken by attendees and others passing by.
Standard Exhibitor Booth: $400 Included with each 6’ x 8’ booth package is: 4’ high x 8’ wide back wall and 4’ high side drape, Two (2) 6’ skirted tables (uniform in color), Two (2) folding chairs, One (1) wastebasket with liner, and One registration to NAISA Annual Meeting (value of $185). Height restrictions within the Standard Exhibitor Booth section do not allow for an 8’ high back wall. This area will be closed off and staffed by security once the exhibition closes each day.

Display Table: $100 Includes one 6’ table and 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. No meeting registration; booth will be staffed by volunteers. Table is for display purposes only, no sales.
NOTE: All fees are in American dollars.
NOTE: For those with smaller display tables not requiring drayage (shipping) services, you must bring your display materials to the Arts Tunnel. There is no parking available for drop off and these materials must be carried to the venue. However, you may park in Parking Lot #1 or use public transportation and access the Arts Tunnel via Place Riel.
